Washington DC (October 22, 2007)—LibQUAL+® Releases 2007 Survey Publications
Results from two groups participating in the spring 2007 LibQUAL+® survey are now available for purchase:
The LibQUAL+® Canada results notebook includes data from 3 government institutions, 45 colleges/universities, and 5 community colleges. Of the 53 participating institutions, 10 offered dual-language surveys and 9 offered their surveys only in French. French-language respondents gave higher scores for perceived service quality in Affect of Service, Information Control, and Library as Place than did other respondents [more...]

There is particular concern about the long-term future availability of the National Research Press journals (available currently without charge to those having a .ca e-mail address); and for the future of the map agreement (negotiated by CARL and ACMLA).
