The Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL) invites development and advancement officers who support academic libraries to participate in an collaborative conversation regarding fundraising during COVID-19.
Questions to be discussed may include:
- What strategies have you found successful during the pandemic?
- What aspects of your portfolio have changed dramatically to adjust to this new normal?
- How are you staying connected to your group while working from home and keeping up with both the larger Advancement and Library teams?
We hope this will be the beginning of a regular series of calls through which you can feel part of a national community of development and advancement officers, share issues and approaches, and consider building a suite of tools and best practices that can be shared across institutions to support and strengthen the research library advancement community.
