The global pandemic has changed the work of many library staff members. With so many people working remotely, there may be opportunities for library staff to engage in repository work depending on the circumstances and capacity of individuals, and your institution’s policies around job scope.

Participants on this community call will discuss the potential for staff not usually involved in repositories to participate in related work. The call will lead off with examples from Vancouver Island University and Kwantlen Polytechnic University about how they’ve engaged staff in special repository projects during this unique time, and what has made this possible. This will be followed by a discussion and Q & A with participants.
