Although the Canadian academic library community is active in promoting open access and open scholarship all year round, CARL wishes to highlight the many activities being organized for Open Access Week 2019.
SPARC, the organization behind this annual international initiative, has identified “Open for Whom? Equity in Open Knowledge” as the theme of this year’s Open Access Week. Many institutions have therefore planned activities in line with this topic.
