Digital data are increasingly important in all areas of research and data management is an emerging service area for libraries. Practical knowledge for the provision of data management service at Canadian universities is critical.
The course is offered to individuals at CARL Libraries seeking opportunities to initiate or expand the research data curation and management services at their institution. The target audiences are librarians working or positioning to work in the area of research data management and/or library administrators responsible for managing or implementing data management services.
