Assessment Community of Practice October Call: Qualitative and UX-centered Assessment

CARL’s Library Assessment Community of Practice reconvenes on October 30th to explore practical applications of qualitative and UX-centered assessment methods.
Join us in a conversational environment as colleagues share their experiences applying these approaches to collections, spaces, websites, and chatbots, as well as to better understand the needs and behaviours of specific user groups. The session will feature six brief presentations, followed by a Q&A and additional time for further discussion at the end.
