The CARL Open Education Working Group invites you to the first in a series of informal gatherings for individuals involved in open education in Canada, whether faculty members, instructors, librarians, students, instructional designers, or otherwise. Bring your beverage of choice and log in to meet others working in this area. We plan to hold these meetings regularly, on the third Wednesday of most months.
During this initial get-together, we invite you to share your ideas, questions, past successes and plans for Open Education Week (March 1-5, 2021). We would also like to hear about other OE projects you have on the go!
While the discussion will be primarily in English at this session, bilingual moderators will be on hand to help ensure participants are able to contribute in the official language of their choice. (Note that the February Coffee Chat will be held in French and will focus primarily on the production of French-language OER! All are welcome to attend.)
