IARLA Releases Statement on Access to Digital Content During COVID-19
April 22, 2020. – CARL is pleased to announce that the International Alliance of Research Library Associations (IARLA), of which CARL is a member, has published today a Statement on Access to Digital Content for Education and Research During the Period of COVID-19 Response.
