Has your repository broken your heart? Are you on the outs with your service provider? Did a bad online encounter turn into a cybersecurity nightmare? What’s the strangest redaction request you’ve received?
Repository managers often encounter unique workplace situations that are not well understood by other library colleagues. This is a very informal session that invites participants to share their tales of heartbreak and woe from repository work and (where possible) share how these issues were resolved. Find kindred spirits or help spare others from going through the same pain you’ve experienced.
