National DPC RAM Benchmarking Project: Submission Reminder
December 5, 2025 – This is a friendly reminder to submit your completed and anonymized DPC RAM benchmarking worksheets to CARL by December 31, 2025.
To submit, and for more information about how we plan to use the data, see the submission guidelines. Files can be uploaded directly using this link.
Submissions are voluntary and greatly valued. Your contribution will help us build a more robust and nuanced understanding of the Canadian digital preservation landscape and identify target levels for capacity building and improvement that we can work towards together.
A few notes to keep in mind:
Please use the anonymized templates provided to ensure privacy and consistency across submissions.
- Submit only the DPC RAM worksheet with visualizations file.
- If you have completed separate assessments for multiple units or departments, please submit these as separate Excel files.
- Results will be reviewed by the Digital Preservation Working Group and aggregated findings will be deposited in the Federated Research Data Repository (FRDR).
