CARL launches its new website

OTTAWA, April 6, 2016 – CARL is delighted to present its new, redesigned and refreshed, website. We invite you to visit www.carl-abrc.ca to discover or re-discover some of CARL’s key activities and resources, including its work on advancing research, measuring impact, strengthening capacity and influencing policy.

The new website features an improved menu design, photos that reflect the range of infrastructure, services and architecture among CARL member libraries, and updated content on all areas of priorities for CARL. As well, the site is now mobile device compatible.

The launch of this website is part of CARL’s brand refresh exercise that began last fall and included the design and launch of a new logo that highlights the collaboration and networking efforts between CARL and research libraries. In addition, CARL will soon release of the Portage Network website (http://portagenetwork.ca). This website is complementary to the CARL website and will support the various components and communities central to the shared stewardship of research data in Canada. Portage’s data management tool, DMP Assistant, will subsequently be accessible at https://assistant.portagenetwork.ca.
